Udon is one of Japanese noodles. There are many kind of udon, then I recommend Sanuki udon. Sanuki means old name of Kagawa Prifecture. That area has been famous for udon since old time. I like to eat Sanuki udon with tempura. Try it!

Udon is one of THE Japanese noodles. There are many KINDS of udon, BUT I recommend Sanuki udon. Sanuki means old name of Kagawa PREFECTURE. That area has been famous for udon since ANCIENT time. I like to eat Sanuki udon with tempura. Try it!
